- Simple Construction and easy maintenance
Compared to horizontal vibrating screens, an inclined vibrating screen has only one shaft design; no gears are required. It is simple construction and easy maintenance.
- Superior structure Bearings, Have No Axial Load
Bearings are mounted onto spindles; the shaft only transfers power from the motor to the bearing housings, weights, and bearings. Hence, bearings with housings and weights rotate together on spindles, and heat generated by high-speed rotation of bearings will not transfer to the shaft. Therefore, no substantial extension of the shaft occurs, and consequently the bearings will not be biased by an axial stress. So, the lifetime of the bearings is extended.
- Power transfer via Universal Joint
Unique flexible power transfer via a universal joint, compared to conventional puller/belt way, can minimize bearing load and wear.

Huck bolts construct frames into a box-shaped structure, high-strength frame plates without welding, and integrated screen decks with solid support to form an ever-robust construction.
- Screen deck design
The screen deck has an adapted arc-shaped cross beam and features high strength and low deflection. A single-crown deck design can provide maximum screen cloth tension and is fixed only by fixed plates at two sides. This design spreads material evenly across the screen.
- Rubber Spring
Rubber springs are adapted for all series of screens, with the characteristic of reducing noise dramatically during start and stop of the screen.
