I. High-Quality Bearings and Oil Seals
All MS-type hydraulic jaw crushers are equipped with imported or equivalent bearings to ensure strength and stability, smooth machine operation, and extended bearing life through thin oil lubrication.
II. Safety Protection of the Pressure Arm Device
The MS type hydraulic jaw crusher generates crushing force through the forward and backward movement of the movable seat. This movable seat is suspended on an upper eccentric shaft and fixed at the bottom by the pressure arm, pressure arm seat, and pressure arm block, providing complete protection to prevent uncrushable objects from entering the crushing chamber and causing damage, and maintaining a fixed angle of movement for the movable seat.
III. Robust Frame
1. All main unit frames are constructed from premium steel plates and cast steel components, welded under carbon dioxide gas protection and annealed, thus withstanding strong impacts during machine operation.
2. All production processes undergo rigorous quality control. The machine body is surface-treated with steel ball sandblasting, followed by a rust-proof primer to protect the main body. Before completion, each machine undergoes at least 8 hours of no-load operation testing and hydraulic system pressure resistance testing to ensure the highest quality.
IV. Hydraulic Adjustment
The MS type hydraulic jaw crusher is equipped with a hydraulic adjustment device. Utilizing the power oil tank, hydraulic cylinders, and other components, the discharge port setting can be easily changed, shortening the adjustment time and precisely meeting the required particle size standards.
V. High Crushing Capacity
The MS-type hydraulic jaw crusher has a large, deep crushing chamber and an acute crushing angle, thereby achieving a very high crushing rate. In certain specifications, a single-arm crusher can simultaneously meet the product requirements for coarse, medium, and fine crushing.
